You love us…
One of the nicest things about getting awards from Tripadvisor.com is that they are voted for by you, our customer and not some snooty ex-hotelier with a clipboard and their nose stuck up in the air.
These awards are given based on the volume and quality of reviews over the years and we’ve won several including the special award for value.
We are especially proud of that one as it is one of the core principles we operate on, providing quality accommodation at fair prices.

We have had some terrible reviews, if you hunt around the tripadvisor site you’ll find them. None of these people ever stayed at Kelly’s and were stopped at the door for being abusive to taxis or staff so we didn’t allow them to book in. You don’t need in the same hotel and neither do we, we’re better than that. However enough of them have been so annoyed by this policy they’ve jumped on the review sites and bagged us. You don’t actually have to qualify to stay at Kelly’s but if you’re being a dick, you’re not welcome and we will happily refuse your entrance.
