Low season rates are from 1st March to 21st DECEMBER.

700 Baht for taxi from the airport. This is none negotiable. Click here to read why.

Extra bed in both seasons is B450.

Discounts apply in low season over 10 day bookings, up to 10%, rooms are allready discounted by us not using booking agents.

You can not book us through the major agencies, even though our website pictures and rates are listed on their booking sites, they say we are unavailable, because we dont pay their comissions, we pass that 35%++ saving directly to you.
