We don’t sell rooms through discounter websites, so don’t bother looking. We only accept direct bookings. The prices we offer are fair and just and allow us to run the hotel at levels way above the price charged. We’d rather pass on the benefits to you than pay ridiculous commissions to agents. Over 4 day stays 5% cash discount applies.

Over 7 day stays 10% cash discount applies.

If you have booked your hotel through a booking agency, there is a hidden charge factored into the price of up to 35%. You cannot bypass this charge even if you book direct, it would bring distrust between hotel and agencies if they discounted to you, its big business, plus most hotels charge extras on check out like 10% service fee, 7% vat.

At Kelly’s all charges are inclusive except credit card fees 3-5%, nil other extras.. Plus another nice surprise on check out in most hotels is the joiner fee for having a friend stay in your room from 500 to 2,000 Baht per night, and who sees this? The security guards.

Kelly’s has neither, and no one advertises it, or uses the words no extras on check out, Kelly’s is the only one with a nil extras on advertised price policy. Honesty – Just another aspect that makes us unique!!!!
