1. How much is a taxi to and from the airport?

Taxi prices are expensive in Phuket and there is not much variance in them at all.
Typically a taxi to or from the airport, day or night is B600 and it saves you a lot of hassle after a long flight if you book through us. We do not make any profit on this. By booking through us it ensures less hassle as the drivers we use know us and where we are and will not take you on a detour to try to get you to book into his friends hotel where he gets a commission.

We strongly recommend that you let us book the taxi for you to ensure you arrive here promptly and accurately.

How to book a taxi through us...
Just send all flight details seven days before departure if you require a taxi.
These details will be forwarded to a reputable Taxi co and to you at same time.
Taxi will wait for you at exit, with a Kelly's Hotel sign and your name.
Taxi is 600 Baht day or night.
If you decide to arrange your own taxi read our taxi scam section on website. 
If late arrival we arrange taxi to have room number.

NB: If more than 3 people you may need larger car or mini van cost is more.

This scam applies only to Phuket and Pattaya. (not Bangkok)
90% of people who do not book taxi do not arrive at our hotel due to this scam.
So please to save hassles book taxi.
Because of this loss to taxi scammers we view those rooms as cancellations.
To fully secure room without using our approved taxi, please send credit card particulars.

If late arrival we can arrange taxi to have room number.


2. What is the difference between room types?

Sea View - means you can see the sea.

Luxury sea view - is a 4th floor room and you can see the sea.

Pool Room - means the room is directly in front of the pool.

Standard room - there is no sea view but looks over the pool.

3. How far is the beach and Jungceylon?

The hotel is five minutes from Jungceylon and the beach is five minutes from Jungceylon.

4. Is breakfast included in the price?

No.

5. Is the price inclusive of VAT?

Yes

6. How do I confirm my room and book a taxi?

To confirm your room, and book a taxi, we need all your flight details.

7. Do all rooms have free wifi?

All rooms have free wi fi.

8. Do all rooms have air conditioning?

All rooms have air con and fan.

9. Are there any extra charges?

There are no extra charges.

10. What is the rack rate?

Peak period is the rack rate, all discounts such as UP TO 50% off are worked off of peak rack rates
so, low season is result of UP TO 50% off.

11. When is high season?

High season is NOV, DEC JAN, FEB, MAR. Discounts may apply if you book for over three weeks at this time.

12. Can I see the rooms?
